Orders
Ordering on-line has never been easier.  You don't have to create an account - just simply place your order and choose your payment options at checkout.  We accept the following payment options - credit card (except AMEX); PayPal; Direct Deposit;  if none of these options are suitable please contact us.

Petit uses SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.

A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
 
Delivery
For delivery of your order we use Australia Post and TNT Couriers for faster and guaranteed delivery.  Postage charges vary according to the destination and the size and weight of your total order.  The total postage costs will be presented to you at checkout, except for heavy items (eg; beds, bedding, etc). 
 
International Shipping
Petit delivers world-wide using Australia Post.   International orders could take up to 20 business days for delivery, depending upon location.  The order will be sent once payment has been received.   Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels.  All extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient and all such extra charges that are not within our control.
 
Custom Orders
When you place a custom order (eg: bedding, monogram plaques, etc), shipping charges will be notified via email.  A 50% deposit is required upon ordering with balance due upon delivery. 

Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on custom made orders as the product is specifically designed and made to your choices.
 
Lay-By:
If you wish to lay-by your order (for orders over $200.00), please contact us to discuss our lay-by terms.
 
Exchanges/Refunds
Petit will gladly refund and/or exchange (within 7 days of purchase) if the item is faulty.  We do not refund and/or exchange if you have ordered the wrong colour or simply have changed your mind in regards to the product.  There are no refunds on custom orders.
 
Please note: No refunds/exchange on SALE items.
 
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are not to be used to purchase any items that are on special or with any specials or discounts.
